The First-Person-Shooter Reimagined with Real Guns

Some of my buddies just made a system that lets them use real guns to play first person shooters. The system isn’t limited to FPS games though, you can play any thing that uses click inputs. You also don’t need guns as an input, anything that causes vibrations will do, rubber bands, slingshots, balls, or shovels.

I’m all in favor of mashing science, guns, and video-games together.

Updated: my friends were posted on both SlashDot and gizmodo . Jack Thompson even got in on the act by emailing gizmodo personally…how cool is that!! Despite its obvious awesomeness, and #1 rank in the science section of YouTube, digg still hasn’t gotten the story to the front page. I’ve always wondered exactly how some diggs make it to the front page with 200 diggs, and some with 500+ don’t . Guess only Mr. Rose knows.
